Season 2: Diary of a Generator - responding in daily life

€15.00

11 short audio episodes - 2 hours and 10 minutes (total)

In the Human Design world, you’ve probably heard an absurd amount of times to ‘just follow our Strategy and Authority’. But how often has someone explained to you what that means on a practical and day-to-day level?

It’s hard to fully embrace your (Manifesting) Generator response in a society that finds the response both awkward and threatening.

These episodes give you a thrilling sneak peek into the daily life of someone who has radically embraced her gut response - Mary Ann Winiger.

You get all the “tea”. Mary Ann shows in vibrant detail how her response ‘derailed’ her life in the most beautiful of ways, and what can help you on a very practical level to anchor deeper into your response. (she also touches on other subjects)

E6 Wanting what I have
I love this one. The peace and freedom from seeking she described here motivated me to embrace my experiment more fully.

Once we realize the other can only enter us where we are open, it changes how we view all of our interactions.

Mary Ann decides to go against her Strategy of responding and describes the impactful and slightly unhinged results of that.

E10 What if I respond to unhealthy things?
Mary Ann talks about some unexpected food-and-exercise responses she has that don’t match with the picture of her mind. The episode contains quite some Coca Cola, and also a response to a diet.

E11 Old habits die hard but they can die
Mary Ann shares how almost all of her old - conditioned - habits fall away. The power of not working on yourself anymore!

  • These are non-linear audios full of storytelling. If you’d like to hear an explanation about what Human Design is, these audios don’t offer that. Rather, they’re a treasure trove full of experiential wisdom.

Ayla - Wow - wow. After reading Mary Ann’s book, these audios took it to the next level. It felt like every single audio broke down a little piece of conditioning within me. And it wasn’t even the topics she discussed, though they were really helpful. Mainly, it was the frequency of her words. Her sacral power came through loud and clearly and it switched something on in me.

It became so clear where I had been playing it safe in my experiment! Also, the many small examples she gave brought the experiment alive for me. And I LOVE that she openly speaks about the challenges that can come with being a ‘free human’ in a world full of conditioning. We need those voices, because honoring your own truth isn’t easy.
